That's why we are demanding with who receives leads: only agencies with at least 12 months of activity in Habihub, who already know the platform, the product, and the new-build sales process. This demand maintains the high quality of each operation, and it's what makes it worthwhile to be part of the receiving network. After 12 months, we conduct a brief interview with your agency before activating lead reception.
Sending a buyer to the network does not require prior history on Habihub. From the moment you sign up, if you have a client interested in another market, you can register them and put them in the hands of a local agent. Your portfolio starts generating income in new markets from the first week.
Meanwhile, from day 1 you can send leads from your own buyers to other markets. Receiving is the next step, not the first.
